  • Our standard delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks.
  • We do our utmost to deliver as soon as possible but, note that during peak periods it may take up to 8 to 10 weeks to receive your order.
  • No orders can be cancelled due to late deliveries. Customers will always be informed and updated on estimated delivery dates.
  • All our furniture comes with a 12 Month Domestic Warranty on factory defaults or poor workmanship. (Custom designs excluded
  • Hospitality furniture will have a 24 Month Hospitality Warranty. Please ensure that your invoice stipulates this 24 Month Warranty clearly. (Additional fees may apply)
  • All our furniture (excluding Hospitality furniture) also comes with an additional One (1) Year "Good Faith" Warranty. Should our furniture show any quality defects due to poor workmanship or failed raw materials within the 2nd year of use, and it was verified that the relevant damages were not caused by the client's own carelessness, we will assist in a repair (fabrics, foam, collection, and delivery costs excluded)
  • New customers who order directly from the website, a flyer, or our catalogue, will have a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee against poor workmanship on their first order only. This is not applicable on any first-time bulk orders. Therefor we advise any first-time wholesale customers to order sample sets prior to placing large orders.
  • Transport) damages (if we have delivered your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will result in a collection and repair fee.
  • Please adhere to the claims procedures below to ensure valid claims.
  • Our warranty does not cover any additional transport costs for the collection and replacement of warranty or guarantee goods. We will collect such items with the first following delivery in the area and re-deliver the replacements as soon as possible. Any additional transport costs cannot be claimed from Woodburn Furniture.
  • Any furniture collected from our factory must be inspected by the customer or an appointed person prior to loading to ensure that everything is in good condition. Should furniture get damaged during privately arranged transport, the warranty and guarantee is voided in full.
  • Any furniture that gets dropped or mishandled will not be covered by our guarantee.
  • Although we use high-grade fabrics and faux leather, our guarantee and warrantee does not cover any fading, cracking, and tearing.
  • Poor stitching must be reported within 7 Days of delivery for any repair claim to be valid.
  • Only use Dove soap for cleaning fabrics and faux leather. Strictly NO products containing ammonia must be used.
  • Although we use high quality SABS approved foam and are confident that all our chairs can carry a 140kg daily seating, the warrantee only covers the sagging of seats for 30 days from date of delivery.
  • Woodburn furniture is for enclosed indoor use only. Do not seat it next to open-stacking or sliding doors, or where there is direct cold or heat and moist.
  • All our furniture is quality sealed and protected. However, Woodburn Furniture will not honour any claims due to water or liquid damages. Always dry wet spots immediately and use coasters and tablecloths for added protection when the item is in use.
CLAIMS PROCEDURE:

    For any guarantee or warrantee claim:

  • Ensure that you report any problems in time.
  • Let us know telephonically and send a written complaint with full details of the problem to louis@woodburnfurniture.co.za
  • Take videos and photos of the damaged item and include these in your complaint. Take close-ups focusing on the damaged areas, as well as shots from about 1-3 metres away were possible. We need a clear view of the item in the room where it was used to make a truthful validation of the claim.
  • Do not take the item back to the store until instructed to do so.
  • Attach a copy of the original Woodburn purchase invoice.
  • Attach a copy of the customer's purchase invoice (where applicable)
  • Attach a copy of the delivery note, showing the exact date and place of delivery.
  • Woodburn will contact you once everything was considered.
