  1. All furniture bought for domestic use has got a 2 year Well Built guarantee against manufacturing defects. Hospitality 1 year
  2. All furniture has a 7 day money back guarantee against poor workmanship ( custom designs excluded)
  3. No refunds on any décor items.
  4. It is the responsibility of the client to check items on delivery for any transport damages. Damaged items must be sent back immediately with the same truck clearly stating the damages in detail on the delivery note. Woodburn Furniture will not be responsible if damaged items were not checked for transport damages by the client. Please remove your old furniture prior to our delivery. Our staff may not move your old furniture.
  5. All furniture is hand stained and although all is done to ensure matching colouring, we cannot be held responsible for colour variances. Order same room furniture together.
  6. All orders require a 50% deposit and balance due 48 hours prior to delivery. No furniture will be delivered if not paid in full. Deliveries will only be scheduled on weekdays during office hours.
  7. Standard manufacturing time is +/- 6 weeks, custom designs will lake longer. This is only an estimate and may take longer in which case the client will be informed of the delay.
  8. Orders not paid within 1 month after the client was informed by means of SMS, telephone call or fax will be cancelled and the client will forfeit his/her deposit and all rights to the furniture. Storage cost will be charged at R 80/day if goods are not paid and collected within 14 days from notification that the goods are completed.
  9. All guarantees will become void if the furniture was not delivered by WoodBurn Furniture or if the furniture has to be moved at any stage – it has to be done by a reputable removal company approved in writing by us.
  10. WoodBurn Furniture will not be held responsible in any way if furniture ordered does not fit through doors, passages, stairs or tight comers. Our delivery cost covers delivery to the entrance of the given address. Carrying the furniture inside a building is solely the clients request and responsibility.
  11. Orders cancelled within 48-hours will have a 15% cancellation fee on the total order amount.
  12. Orders cancelled after 48-hours will have a 50% cancellation fee on the total order amount.
  13. Our sales staff may advise clients on fabric colours and /or furniture styles but items ordered are solely up to your discretion and needs.
  14. Fabrics that are discontinued or out of stock cannot be guaranteed and the client will be informed to choose new fabrics and the order will be adjusted accordingly.
  15. Please double check your order before signing it as it is written by hand WoodBurn Furniture apologise in advance in case human calculation errors may arise, but keep the rights to adjust the amounts to the correct total. The client will be responsible for all outstanding payments and corrections in case of such calculation errors. The client will be informed of any errors or changes as soon as the order is computer processed at our factory. Prices quoted per item stands as it is. Keep the pink copy as proof of your order and as receipt for a deposit paid in cash.
